Christ, they've done it again. NWI always was, is and always shall be the top of the pyramid. This is the best record of 2016.

I don't know a whole lot about Finnish punk. What I DO know is that this is my absolute favorite Finnish punk record. Move over, Kolla Kestää.

Halpaa Lystiä
note: This is a vïnyl rip so it's a lil nöisy. But this is s'posed to be pünk right? Jazz 'n Roll, bäby.

The Muff Divers

Holy shit this is the dumbest thing I've ever done.

UPDATE: These have apparently sold out from Lumpy Records so if you would like a copy, email me at Supplies are waning!

No Muff Too Tuff

Q is from St. Louis and this is the best fucking hardcore record I've heard in a minute. This masterpiece speaks for itself......if you let it.

The Normals

I'm sure most of you have heard their absolutely CLASSIC '78 single, "Almost Ready" (of which an alternate mix can be heard on here). This, however, is a collection of various studio recordings from 1978-1979 and it fucking smokes. "Sometimes The Truth" is the baddest of all bangers on this one, I could listen to that thing over and over for days. This is a vinyl rip and the sound quality isn't perfect to begin with, so just a heads up although if you're that thoroughly disturbed by a few pops and cracks in the background I suggest you take one of these.

So Bad So Sad

Sunday, July 5, 2015

Well, I don't really post on here much anymore. I'm not quite sure if it's because I'm really lazy or because I'm generally dissatisfied with most things that are happening in punk right now. Either way, here's something that does NOT fall into the category of shitty shit that I was just writing about. NWI is the reason why punk still rules, and there's really not much of a better example to that point than this C.C.T.V. record. I'll spare you from further jaded bullshit and allow you to indulge. You're welcome.

Sheer Mag

So I've been dead for a while but what better way to return than with the best 7" I've heard in forever? This is rock n roll greatness with some of the most intricate riffs any band has spit out since The Exploding Hearts. Genius? Absolutely. Classic? Most.
