Ty Segall

Ty Segall, from San Francisco, plays reverb ridden surf rock that shakes the 60's. I constantly have riffs stuck in my head from the Reverse Shark Attack LP. The amount of fuzz and over modulation on these records is amazing. Ty plays in like 3 other bands and has been in a handful before this project. Brilliant Colors

Brilliant Colors is an excellent punk trio from San Francisco. I sense a lot of influence from the 80's English girl band, Marine Girls. Their music can either be the center of a block party or the record you spin before you go to bed. If you come across any of their records, get them!
